Paris Update
I'd like to steal a page out of the book of my idol, O.J. Simpson. Literally.
I think I'm going to write a book called "I Didn't Kill Paris Hilton, But If I Did, Here's How I Would Have Done It."
Never before her has anyone else been more undeserving of his or her 15 minutes. She's like the David Eckstein of celebrity whores. She gets the most out of the least. This bitch must die soon.
What's your take on Paris?

Allow me to take the somewhat indefensible position that she's getting screwed. Name another person who violates a few traffic laws and gets 45 days in the slam as a result - it just doesn't happen, unless you're Paris Hilton. You don't even get 45 days in jail for a second drug offense in most states.
So many mixed emotions. I think she's getting screwed, but I also dream about Delta Burke sitting on PH until she can't breathe. Or snort coke.

Actually, anonymous, I did start hearing people throw that point around Thursday or Friday, and there's a lot of validity to it, as well as your point that Martha got screwed as well.
Judges aren't supposed to set examples, nor are they supposed to dole out rulings and/or sentences based on one defendant's whole body of work. Each charge is its own separate case. But I'd like to throw all that shit out the window here and say Paris deserves to be screwed for her lifelong habit of being a rich loser whose helped facilitate the deconstructions of Nicole, Lindsay and even Britney. Not that I care at all about these brainless whores, but it's time Paris realizes her actions have consequences and that she's not above the law.

If that was an act, I betcha Merryl Streep is shitting herself. Lock up the next 20 Oscars for Ms. Hilton.
Actually, Vegas, that's not what she said. That's what her management told her to say. I've never spent time in jail, but after living a certain way for 26 years, I can't imagine 72 hours behind min. security bars would make me vow to become a different/better person. You know what they say . . . you can't teach a spoiled whore new tricks.
