This is where you crash when all the park benches are taken and your cardboard box has sprung a leak, I hope this is a learning expierence for this gent.
I'd just wait a half hour until the next train that comes by, hop on and find your way inside a car and take a nap. Just beware the smell of old cheese, which, as we know by the Capital One commercials, is just Earl.

Yeah, "fallen on hard times". Let's help him out by slapping a fine on him. Kind of like when you overdraw at the bank, so they charge you more money you don't have. Seems fair to me.
