Caption Contest
As you know, brokedickdog earned a promotion at the turn of this year to PAE Weird News/Images Bureau Chief. I'm embarrassed to say that I haven't been posting all of his submissions. No rhyme or reason; there have just been some days where I haven't had time to update.
So there are a few submissions from him, as well as others, that I've saved, and I'm now going to start publishing in a semi-occasional Caption Contest. So leave your caption here. The winner gets nothing.

A town in South America is living in fear after several sightings of a "creepy gnome" that locals claim stalks the streets at night.
The midget, which wears a pointy hat and has a distinctive sideways walk, was caught on video last week by a terrified group of youngsters.

Pint-sized Romeo is well-known in his hometown of Phagwara, India, for his ability to lift 1.5kg dumbbells despite his overall body weight of only 9kg.
Every day, crowds flock to the local gym to the see the mini-muscleman in training.

Bar Patron Pissed Off In Men's Room

A New Zealander ended up in court after punching a man over a breach of urinal etiquette that would have made Dice Clay proud.
Edward Aldridge, 47, punched his victim twice after he used the urinal next to him in a pub in Christchurch.
Aldridge accused his victim of looking at him, reports Metro.
Twenty years ago when the foul-mouthed and unfunny Clay was filling up his 15 minutes, he called this act prick-looking.

Neurofibromatosis
In case you missed it over the holidays, brokedickdog has been promoted to PAE Bizarre News/Images Bureau Chief. His first contribution of the new year takes us to China, where Huang Chuncai, 32, suffers from a genetic disorder of the nervous system called neurofibromatosis.Chuncai had 50 pounds of tumors before his first operation last year removed 22 pounds of tumors. An upcoming second procedure will remove about 10 more pounds.

Update: Eight-Limbed People

A toddler born with eight limbs and believed by some to be the reincarnation of the multi-limbed Hindu goddess Vishnu, is set to undergo a 40-hour operation to remove half of her limbs. Read more.
